Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- water - 2 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- clove garlic - 1 item
- ground beef - 1 item
- medium onion - 1 item
- olive oil - 2 Tbsp
- Mozzarella cheese - 3/4 lb
- cans tomato paste - 2 oz
- lasagna - 1 lb
- Ricotta or cottage cheese - 3/4 lb
- cans spaghetti seasoning McCormick - 2 item
How to make lasagna:
Brown in skillet, ground beef, olive oil, parsley, onion and garlic. Add tomato paste, water, salt and pepper; simmer for 1/2 hour or more. Add lasagna noodles to 6 quarts of salted, boiling water; cook for 15 to 30 minutes, stirring constantly. Drain. Mix eggs and Ricotta cheese. Arrange in a baking dish with lasagna first, meat sauce, Mozzarella cheese and cottage cheese. Bake at 375° for 20 minutes.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Italian, European.
