Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 tsp
- salt - 4 tsp
- water - 2 c
- oil - 1 Tbsp
- boiling water - 3 qt
- cloves garlic, minced - 2 item
- bay leaf - 1 item
- ground beef - 1 lb
- cottage cheese - 1 lb
- can tomato paste - 1 oz
- olive oil - 1/4 c
- minced onion - 1/4 c
- cayenne - 1/8 tsp
- Mozzarella cheese, sliced - 1/2 lb
- lasagna noodles - 1/2 lb
- pinch of basil - 1 item
- 2 1/2 can tomatoes
- Romano, Parmesan cheese - 1/3 c
How to make lasagna:
Cook noodles about 25 minutes. Drain and mix with oil. Arrange in a shallow 2 1/2-quart baking pan. Make 3 layers of each, sauce, noodles, cottage cheese, Mozzarella and grated cheese. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Ground beef, Beef, Lasagna.
