Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 2 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1/3 c
- onion salt - 2 tsp
- oregano - 3 tsp
- cans tomato sauce - 4 oz
- onion, chopped - 2 c
- olive oil - 1/3 c
- tomatoes - 6 c
- ground chuck - 2 lb
- flavor enhancer - 2 tsp
- Mozzarella cheese, sliced in strips - 12 oz
- Ricotta cheese, sliced - 14 oz
- cloves garlic, pressed or chopped - 2 item
How to make lasagna:
Brown meat in oil. Saute onion and garlic. Add all other ingredients except noodles and cheese. Simmer 2 1/2 hours. Cook noodles according to package directions. Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch casserole; put in a layer of noodles, a layer of Mozzarella cheese, a layer of Ricotta cheese and a layer of meat sauce. Repeat. Top with Parmesan cheese and bake at 325° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Ground beef, Beef, Lasagna.
