- beaten eggs - 2 item
- ground beef - 4 lb
- cottage cheese - 1 item
- oregano - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- cans tomato paste - 4 oz
- spaghetti - 1 item
- mushrooms - 1 item
- bottle ketchup - 1 item
- thyme - 1 item
- rosemary - 1 item
- garlic - 1 item
- onions - 1 item
- celery, cut up - 1 item
- pineapple, crushed - 1 item
- ground hot pepper - 1 item
- envelopes spaghetti sauce seasoning - 2 item
- canned tomatoes big - 1 item
How to make lasagna:
Brown ground beef with onions, mushrooms, salt and pepper. Add 2 envelopes spaghetti sauce seasoning. Add oregano, bottle of ketchup, celery, tomato paste, canned tomatoes, thyme, rosemary and garlic. Add water. Cook down approximately 2 hours on low heat uncovered. Stir often.Grease the pan with Pam. Mix cottage cheese, two beaten eggs and pineapple, crushed. Make layers: noodles, sauce, cottage cheese mix, Mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle ground hot pepper on top of each layer. Bake. Cool approximately 10 minutes before serving.
