Ingredients/Components
- water - 1/3 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- oregano - 1 tsp
- can tomato paste - 1 oz
- lasagna noodles, cooked - 1/2 lb
- can tomatoes - 1 lb
- Mozzarella cheese, slices - 2 (6
- Velveeta slices - 1/2 lb
How to make lasagna:
Brown beef. Add onion. Cook until tender. Drain. Stir in tomatoes, paste, water, garlic and seasonings. Cover and simmer 30 minutes.In a 12 x 8-inch dish, layer half of noodles, meat, sauce, Mozzarella cheese, Velveeta cheese and Parmesan. Repeat layers. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
