Ingredients/Components
- salt
- salad oil - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- cottage cheese - 1/2 c
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- hamburger
- cloves garlic - 3 item
- Mozzarella cheese - 1/2 lb
- lasagna noodles - 1 pkg
- 2 can tomatoes
- Parmesan - 1 item
How to make lasagna:
Brown hamburger with salad oil and cloves of garlic. Add tomato sauce, tomatoes, salt, oregano and pepper. Cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes.Meanwhile, cook 1/2 pound wide lasagna noodles in boiling, salted water until tender (about 15 minutes). Drain noodles. Fill rectangular casserole dish with layer of noodles, sliced Mozzarella, cottage cheese, meat sauce and Parmesan, ending with Parmesan. Bake at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes.
