Ingredients/Components
- ground beef
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- small green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- box lasagna noodles - 1 lb
- large jar of spaghetti sauce - 1 item
- tub cottage cheese - 3/4 item
- egg - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese - 1/2 lb
- milk enough to keep above liquefied - 1/4 1/2
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- Mozzarella cheese - 1/2 lb
How to make lasagna:
Brown ground beef, onion and green pepper. Boil noodles until almost soft. Set in pan of cool water. Blend cottage cheese, egg, Cheddar cheese, milk, salt and pepper. Layer noodles to cover bottom of pan, side by side. Add hamburger and cottage cheese mixture. Layer noodles and spaghetti sauce until pan is full. Top with Mozzarella cheese. Bake in oven until Mozzarella is completely melted. Let cool until firm. Serve.Recipe categories: Ground beef, Beef, Lasagna.
