Ingredients/Components
- ground beef - 1 lb
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- small cans tomato sauce - 4 item
- small cans tomato paste - 2 item
- small paste cans water - 2 item
- shredded cheese Provolone or Mozzarella - 3 lb
- oregano to taste - 1 item
How to make lasagna:
Brown ground beef with onion and oregano. Drain fat from meat. Add sauce, paste and water. Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Cook noodles; drain. Layer in lasagna pan noodles, sauce and shredded cheese. Repeat, ending with cheese (3 layers). Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes, until cheese melts and starts to bubble.
