- water - 1 c
- gelatin
- boiling water
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- clove garlic - 1/2 item
- cashews - 2 c
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- green pepper, chopped - 1/2 c
- onion - 1/2 c
- pimento - 4 oz
- onion powder - 2 tsp
- tomatoes - 1 qt
- sweet basil - 1/2 tsp
- yeast flakes - 3 Tbsp
- tofu
- carrot, grated - 1/2 c
- celery, sliced - 1/2 c
- noodles, cooked - 12 item
- vegeburger - 1 c
- olives, sliced for topping - 1 item
How to make lasagna:
Cheese:1 lb. tofu1 c. water7 1/2 Tbsp. gelatin1 1/4 c. boiling water2 c. cashews3 Tbsp. yeast flakes1 Tbsp. salt2 tsp. onion powder1/4 tsp. garlic powder1/4 c. lemon juice4 oz. pimento olives, sliced (for topping) Saute onion, carrots, celery and green pepper. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer until done. Mix cheese and layer noodles, tomato sauce, cheese and top with sliced olives.
