Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- sour cream - 8 oz
- salt - 2 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- medium onion - 1 item
- basil - 1 tsp
- slices American cheese - 8 item
- olive oil - 3 Tbsp
- tomato sauce - 8 oz
- minced parsley - 1 Tbsp
- whole tomatoes
- noodles 2 inches wide - 12 item
How to make lasagna:
Brown onion in olive oil. Add tomatoes, parsley, sugar, salt and basil. Simmer 1 hour. Cook noodles in boiling water until done. Mix tomato sauce and sour cream together. In 9 x 13-inch baking pan, layer noodles, sauce, American cheese and Parmesan cheese (about 4 layers). Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour.Recipe categories: Ground beef, Beef, Lasagna.
