Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- water - 1 c
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- parsley flakes - 3 Tbsp
- ground beef - 2 lb
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- basil - 1/2 tsp
- garlic clove, minced - 1 item
- tomato sauce - 8 oz
- Mozzarella cheese - 1 lb
- cans tomato paste - 2 oz
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- noodles - 8 oz
- can tomatoes - 1 item
How to make lasagna:
Brown beef with onion and garlic. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 1 hour. Cook lasagna noodles. In 13 x 9-inch pan, spread 1/2 cup tomato sauce, layer noodles, sauce, Mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese, until pan is filled. Top with sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
