Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- 8 oz - 1 c
- garlic salt - 1 tsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- ground beef - 1 lb
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 3/4 c
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- fat - 1 Tbsp
- onion - 1/2 c
- 16 oz - 2 c
How to make lasagna:
Cook noodles in boiling, salted water according to package directions. Drain. Mix cottage cheese and sour cream with noodles. Brown ground beef and onion in fat. Stir in tomato sauce, garlic salt, oregano and pepper. Simmer 5 minutes.In casserole, arrange alternate layers of noodle mixture and meat sauce, starting with noodles. Top with shredded cheese. Set control at 350° and bake for 45 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
