Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 4 item
- flour
- cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
- margarine - 1/2 c
- vanilla or other flavoring - 1/2 tsp
How to make krumkake:
Beat eggs slightly. Add sugar and beat lightly; do not overbeat. Add cooled, melted margarine and flavoring. Sift flour and cornstarch; add to egg mixture. Dough will be sticky enough to be dropped by a spoon. Bake on krumkake iron.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Rolled cookies.
