Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- oil - 1/4 c
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- onion - 1 c
- celery - 1 c
- green pepper - 1 c
- jar pimentos - 1 oz
- can sauerkraut, drained - 1 oz
How to make kraut salad:
Chop green pepper, celery, onion and pimentos. Mix the sugar, vinegar and oil; add salt and pepper to your taste. Heat to melt sugar, then cool. Pour over vegetables. Should stand for 24 hours in the refrigerator.Recipe categories: Low protein, Salads, Low in....
