- water - 1 gal
- apple vinegar - 1 c
- pickle salt - 1 c
How to make kraut:
Boil, then cool. Pour over 11 quarts of cut up cabbage. Let stand 1 hour. Pack into can. Makes 14 pints.Recipe categories: < 30 mins, Side dish, Vegetables.
