  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • soy sauce - 1 c
  • sesame seed - 1 Tbsp
  • green onions, chopped - 1/2 c
  • garlic, crushed - 1 Tbsp
  • Miran rice wine - 1/2 c
  • sesame oil, toasted - 1/4 c
  • kiwi, finely chopped - 1 item
  • rib-eye beef*, sliced sukiyaki style - 2 lb

How to make korean beef:

Mix all ingredients except beef. Add beef and let marinade for at least one hour. Barbecue or broil.

*Chicken may be substituted.
