  • butter - 1/4 c
  • mayonnaise - 3/4 c
  • cloves garlic, crushed - 2 item
  • Parmesan, grated - 3/4 c
  • basil, finely chopped - 2 Tbsp
  • loaf sourdough bread - 1 item

How to make killer bread:

Slice bread in half lengthwise. Butter both surfaces; broil to toast lightly. Mix well the mayonnaise, cheese and garlic. Spread mixture generously on both buttered surfaces. Sprinkle lightly with finely chopped basil. Broil until golden and bubbly. Slice in wedges and serve hot.
