Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- boiling water - 1 c
- lime juice - 1/2 c
- can condensed milk - 1 item
- graham cracker pie crust - 1 item
- grated lime rind - 2 tsp
- egg white, stiffly beaten - 1 item
- egg yolk, well beaten until stiff - 1 item
How to make key lime pie:
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add lime rind and juice. Add egg yolk slowly, stirring constantly. Add condensed milk. Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in beaten egg white.
