Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 1 oz
  • boiling water - 1 c
  • lime juice - 1/2 c
  • can condensed milk - 1 item
  • graham cracker pie crust - 1 item
  • grated lime rind - 2 tsp
  • egg white, stiffly beaten - 1 item
  • egg yolk, well beaten until stiff - 1 item

How to make key lime pie:

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add lime rind and juice. Add egg yolk slowly, stirring constantly. Add condensed milk. Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in beaten egg white. Form into pie crust. Chill several hours. Top with whipped cream. Serves 6.
