Kentucky pecan pie
Ingredients/Components
- white corn syrup - 1 c
- dark brown sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1/3 tsp
- melted butter or margarine - 1/3 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- whole eggs, slightly beaten - 3 item
- shelled whole pecans
How to make kentucky pecan pie:
Combine syrup, sugar, salt, butter and vanilla and mix well. Add slightly beaten eggs. Pour into 9-inch unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle pecans over all. Bake in preheated oven at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
