vanilla extract - 1/2 tsp
2 oz - 3 cans
cup butter - 1/2 item
cup sugar - 1 item
cups miniature marshmallows - 2 item
cup bourbon - 1/3 item

How to make kentucky bourbon sweet potatoes:

Turn sweet potatoes into large saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until heated through. Preheat oven to 350°. Mash sweet potatoes. Add sugar, bourbon, butter, and vanilla; beat until well blended. Turn into 2 quart shallow baking dish. Sprinkle marshmallows on top. Bake uncovered 30 minutes or until marshmallows are golden. Serves 9.
