How to make kansas dirt cake:
Crush cookies and put 1/2 the crumbs in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix cream cheese and butter until smooth. Mix in powdered sugar. Fold in Cool Whip. In a separate bowl, mix pudding, milk and vanilla. Fold two mixtures together and pour into pan on crumbs. Spread remaining crumbs over top. Can be served chilled or frozen.
