Ingredients/Components
- vinegar - 4 tsp
- green onions - 3 item
- cup sugar - 1/4 item
- medium cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced - 4 item
- cup low-fat mayonnaise - 1 item
- tsp dill weed - 1/2 item
How to make kansas cucumber salad:
In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar and dill; mix well. Add cucumbers and onions; toss. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour. Yield: 8 servings.Exchange: 2 vegetable, 1 1/2 fat.
