- salt - 1 tsp
- margarine - 3 Tbsp
- cider vinegar - 1/4 c
- brown sugar, packed - 1/4 c
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- orange - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- cloves garlic, chopped - 4 item
- onion - 1 item
- coarsely ground black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- ribs - 1 item
- whole peppercorns - 1 Tbsp
- whole coriander seed - 1 Tbsp
- enough water to cover ribs - 1 item
How to make kansas city ribs:
Simmer for approximately 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Place ribs on hot grill and sear on both sides. Brush sauce generously on both sides of the ribs and cook for an additional few minutes.Recipe categories: Meat, Pork, Pork rib.
