- water - 1 item
- oil - 4 Tbsp
- dash of salt - 1 item
- medium potatoes - 12 item
- small cans kidney or Fava beans - 3 item
- large handfuls kale - 2 item
How to make kale soup:
Fill pan 2/3 full of water. Put in beans. Peel and chop potatoes and throw in. Put in oil. Chop kale and throw in. Add dash of salt. Bring to a boil; simmer for 2 hours.Recipe categories: Low cholesterol, Low calorie, Soups & stews.
