- Kahlua - 1/4 c
- brown sugar - 1/3 c
- butter - 1/4 c
- 3 oz - 4 yams,
How to make kahlua candied yams:
Cut yams in serving sized pieces. In heavy skillet, melt butter with sugar. Add Kahlua; cook 1 minute. Add yams. Turn until brown on all sides. Cover, reduce heat and cook about 15 minutes. Turn yams once more before serving.Recipe categories: Potato, Vegetables, Yam/sweet potato.
