- chopped onion - 1/2 c

- ground beef - 2 lb

- jar stuffed olives, sliced - 1 oz

- blanched and lightly roasted almonds
- Cheddar, grated cheese
How to make johnny marzetti:
Brown beef and onions. Precook celery and green pepper with little water. Precook noodles and drain. Add rest of ingredients, except cheese. Bake 30 to 45 minutes at 350°. Then sprinkle grated cheese on top and return to oven for 10 minutes more. When the recipe is doubled, it makes enough for 9 x 12-inch deep cake pan and another 8 x 10-inch glass pan for the freezer!Recipe categories: Pasta, Main dish, One Dish meal.
