  • apple juice - 1/2 gal
  • pure grape juice - 1 qt
  • unpasteurized vinegar can be found at health stores - 6 oz

How to make jogging in a jug:

Mix all together and chill. Drink 1/4 cup every day. Makes you really feel good, as when you jog.
