- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 item
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/3 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- nutmeg - 1 item
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- Cool Whip optional - 1 item
- can fruit pie filling - 1 item
How to make jiffy cobbler:
Melt margarine in pan. Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt; add milk. Pour batter over margarine. Pour fruit over batter. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes. Serve with ice cream or Cool Whip.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Cobblers and crisps.
