  • sugar
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 4 item
  • chopped pecans - 1/2 c
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • cocoa - 1 tsp
  • vegetable oil - 1/2 c
  • white cake mix - 1 pkg
  • instant lemon pudding - 1 pkg

How to make jewish coffee cake:

Cinnamon Mixture:1/2 c. sugar1/2 c. chopped pecans1 tsp. cocoa1 tsp. cinnamon Reserve some topping for top of cake.

Grease tube pan well. Alternate mix with dough. Sprinkle remaining mixture on top of cake. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes on lowest rack in oven.
