Jewish coffee cake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 2 Tbsp
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- sour cream - 1 pt
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter - 1 c
- baking powder - 3 tsp
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- chopped walnuts - 1/2 c
- flour all-purpose - 3 c
How to make jewish coffee cake:
Topping:1/2 c. sugar2 Tbsp. cinnamon1/2 c. chopped walnuts Beat all cake ingredients well. Pour half of the mixture into a greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Sprinkle half of the topping on batter. Pour remaining cake mixture over topping. Repeat topping and go through cake with a knife to swirl mixture. Bake for 45 minutes at 350°.Topping: Mix ingredients well and set aside.
