  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon - 2 Tbsp
  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • sour cream - 1 pt
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • butter - 1 c
  • baking powder - 3 tsp
  • baking soda - 2 tsp
  • chopped walnuts - 1/2 c
  • flour all-purpose - 3 c

How to make jewish coffee cake:

Topping:1/2 c. sugar2 Tbsp. cinnamon1/2 c. chopped walnuts Beat all cake ingredients well. Pour half of the mixture into a greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Sprinkle half of the topping on batter. Pour remaining cake mixture over topping. Repeat topping and go through cake with a knife to swirl mixture. Bake for 45 minutes at 350°.

Topping: Mix ingredients well and set aside.
