  • sugar - 1 c
  • cinnamon - 2 tsp
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • chopped nuts
  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • flour less 4 Tbsp - 2 c

How to make jewish coffee cake:

Topping:1/2 c. chopped nuts2 tsp. sugar2 tsp. cinnamon Cream margarine and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Add the sour cream alternating with the dry ingredients. Add vanilla. After mixing, pour into greased tube pan.

Mix topping ingredients together and put on cake. Bake in 350° oven for 35 to 45 minutes.
