- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 1 c
- chopped nuts
- stick margarine - 1 item
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- flour less 4 Tbsp - 2 c
How to make jewish coffee cake:
Topping:1/2 c. chopped nuts2 tsp. sugar2 tsp. cinnamon Cream margarine and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Add the sour cream alternating with the dry ingredients. Add vanilla. After mixing, pour into greased tube pan.Mix topping ingredients together and put on cake. Bake in 350° oven for 35 to 45 minutes.
