Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla
- flour - 3 c
- baking powder - 3 tsp
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- vegetable oil - 1 c
- orange juice - 1/4 c
- or 4 apples, pared and sliced thin - 3 item
How to make jewish apple cake:
Beat all ingredients together, except apples. Grease and flour tube pan. Put a light layer of batter and a layer of apples. Sprinkle with lots of cinnamon and sugar mixture. Repeat until all apples and batter are used. Bake at 350° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Apple.
