Ingredients/Components
- pepper - 2/3 tsp
- soy sauce
- onion salt - 2 tsp
- seasoned salt - 2 tsp
- Accent - 2 tsp
- Worcestershire - 1/4 c
- liquid smoke - 1 tsp
- meat deer or beef roast - 1 item
How to make jerky:
Per Pound of Meat:1/2 c. soy sauce1/4 c. Worcestershire2 tsp. Accent2 tsp. seasoned salt2 tsp. onion salt2/3 tsp. pepper1 tsp. liquid smoke Slice meat 1/8-inch thick. Mix all ingredients; dip each piece of meat in liquid and crisscross slices in pan. After all slices have been dipped, pour remaining liquid over meat and let soak 6 to 10 hours. Pat each piece dry and put on oven rack at 150° for 6 hours or until liking. Put foil in bottom of oven for drippings and leave door slightly cracked. If you have a dehydrator, you can use it to put the jerky in.Recipe categories: Beef, Deer, Moose.
