Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- soy sauce
- onion powder - 1/2 tsp
- liquid smoke - 1 tsp
- A - 1 Tbsp
- lean meat beef or deer, sliced in thin strips while still partially frozen
How to make jerky:
Marinade:1/4 c. soy sauce1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce1 Tbsp. A.1. sauce1/2 tsp. pepper1/2 tsp. garlic powder1/2 tsp. onion powder1/2 tsp. salt1 tsp. liquid smoke Marinade: Mix ingredients together and pour over meat. Marinate meat for 24 hours. Place meat on broiler racks. Dry in oven at 200° for 3 to 4 hours, until meat is dry.Recipe categories: Beef, Deer, Moose.
