  • salt - 3/4 tsp
  • brown sugar - 1 Tbsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
  • soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
  • clove garlic, crushed - 1 item
  • lean meat, sliced thin - 1 lb

How to make jerky:

Marinate 6 to 12 hours in tightly covered container in refrigerator. Stir occasionally. Dry in dehydrator or very low set oven (leave door open slightly).
