Ingredients/Components
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- brown sugar - 1 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
- clove garlic, crushed - 1 item
- lean meat, sliced thin - 1 lb
How to make jerky:
Marinate 6 to 12 hours in tightly covered container in refrigerator. Stir occasionally. Dry in dehydrator or very low set oven (leave door open slightly).Recipe categories: Beef, Deer, Moose.
