Ingredients/Components

  • garlic powder - 2/3 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 c
  • soy sauce - 1/2 c
  • seasoned salt - 2 tsp
  • black pepper - 2/3 tsp
  • onion powder - 2 tsp
  • drops Tabasco sauce - 3 item
  • liquid smoke - 2 tsp
  • venison meat - 2 3

How to make jerky:

Cut meat with grain in 1/2-inch strips. Mix other ingredients to make marinade. Submerge meat in marinade for 24 hours in refrigerator. Place meat strips on oven rack in oven and cook for 8 hours at 150°. Use foil to catch the drippings. Store in airtight containers. Will keep a year.
