Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- water - 1/2 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- sifted flour - 1 c
How to make jelly roll:
Beat eggs until thick. Add sugar, water and vanilla. Add flour mixture and pour on greased and floured cookie sheet. Bake 12 or 15 minutes at 375°. Turn out on dish towel. Spread with jelly, then roll and wrap in dish towel. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.Recipe categories: Desserts, Low fat.
