Ingredients/Components
- lemon jello
- boiling water
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- walnuts or pecans, chopped - 1 c
- 2 can crushed pineapple with juice
- creamed cottage cheese - 1 pt
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- large can evaporated milk - 1 item
- small jar maraschino cherries, cut up - 1 item
How to make jello salad:
Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate, preferably overnight. May be placed in decorative mold and unmolded for presentation or served by the spoonful right from the dish.Recipe categories: Desserts, Puddings and mousses, Gelatin.
