Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- water - 1 c
- oil - 1/4 c
- container Cool Whip - 1 item
- vanilla instant pudding - 1 pkg
- white cake mix - 1 pkg
- Jell-O any flavor - 1 pkg
How to make jello poke cake:
Combine first 5 ingredients in large bowl. Blend, then beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool in pan for 15 minutes. Dissolve Jell-O as directed on package. Poke holes in cake with chopstick (about 1-inch apart). Pour dissolved Jell-O over cake. Chill 4 hours.
