  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 3 Tbsp
  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • coconut - 3/4 c
  • raisins - 1/2 c
  • pecans, chopped - 3/4 c
  • pie shell, unbaked - 1 item

How to make japanese fruit pie:

Cream together margarine and sugar. Add eggs. Mix well. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 325° for 40 to 50 minutes until golden brown. Freezes well. Very good during holiday season.
