Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 3 Tbsp
- stick margarine - 1 item
- coconut - 3/4 c
- raisins - 1/2 c
- pecans, chopped - 3/4 c
- pie shell, unbaked - 1 item
How to make japanese fruit pie:
Cream together margarine and sugar. Add eggs. Mix well. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 325° for 40 to 50 minutes until golden brown. Freezes well. Very good during holiday season.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
