  • sugar - 1 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • coconut - 1/2 c
  • nuts - 1/2 c
  • raisins - 1/2 c

How to make japanese fruit pie:

Melt margarine. Mix with sugar, vanilla, vinegar and eggs. Add coconut, nuts and raisins. Pour into 9-inch pie crust. Bake 40 to 50 minutes at 325°.
