Ingredients/Components
- water - 3 c
- Italian seasoning - 2 Tbsp
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- salt to taste - 1 item
- tomato sauce - 2 Tbsp
- onions, chopped - 1 c
- parsley, chopped - 1/2 c
- celery, chopped - 1 c
- chicken, cut up - 1 item
- rice - 2 c
- green peppers, chopped
- sausage - 2 lb
How to make jambalaya:
Cut sausage into small pieces and brown; remove from pan. Brown chicken. Return sausage to pan. Add remaining ingredients. Cook over medium heat until rice is done, 30 to 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Poultry, Meat, Cajun.
