Ingredients/Components

  • water - 3 c
  • Italian seasoning - 2 Tbsp
  • pepper to taste - 1 item
  • salt to taste - 1 item
  • tomato sauce - 2 Tbsp
  • onions, chopped - 1 c
  • parsley, chopped - 1/2 c
  • celery, chopped - 1 c
  • chicken, cut up - 1 item
  • rice - 2 c
  • green peppers, chopped
  • sausage - 2 lb

How to make jambalaya:

Cut sausage into small pieces and brown; remove from pan. Brown chicken. Return sausage to pan. Add remaining ingredients. Cook over medium heat until rice is done, 30 to 45 minutes.
