Jamaican chicken



  • boiling water - 1/3 c
  • chicken bouillon cube - 1 item
  • can condensed cream of chicken soup - 1 3/4
  • chicken breast halves - 6 item
  • pineapple slices - 6 item
  • sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded - 1/4 lb
  • dry instant coffee - 1 tsp

How to make jamaican chicken:

Place pineapple slices in baking dish. Top each with a chicken breast. Dissolve bouillon in water. Combine with coffee, soup and salt. Pour over chicken. Bake at 375° for 40 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Return to oven until cheese melts.
