  • cinnamon
  • eggs - 3 item
  • buttermilk - 1 c
  • cooking oil - 1 c
  • pecans - 1 c
  • cloves
  • jam - 1 pt
  • allspice
  • flour self-rising - 2 c

How to make jam cake:

Sift flour and spices together. Mix eggs, sugar, oil and buttermilk. Gradually add flour mixture to this. Add jam and pecans last. Bake in tube pan at 350° for about 1 hour. Frost with favorite frosting.
