Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon
- eggs - 3 item
- buttermilk - 1 c
- cooking oil - 1 c
- pecans - 1 c
- cloves
- jam - 1 pt
- allspice
- flour self-rising - 2 c
How to make jam cake:
Sift flour and spices together. Mix eggs, sugar, oil and buttermilk. Gradually add flour mixture to this. Add jam and pecans last. Bake in tube pan at 350° for about 1 hour. Frost with favorite frosting.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Grains.
