Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1/4 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- brown sugar - 1 c
- nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- sour milk - 1 c
- jam any kind - 1 c
How to make jam cake:
Cream eggs, jam, brown sugar and sour milk together. Add flour, soda, cinnamon, baking powder, salt, nutmeg and butter. Grease and flour a tube pan or 9 x 12-inch cake pan. Bake at 350° until tests done.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Grains.
