Jalapeno jelly
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- plain gelatin - 2 pkg
- white vinegar
- can jalapeno peppers - 1 item
- green peppers bell - 2 item
How to make jalapeno jelly:
Mix green peppers with jalapeno peppers in food processor or blender. In large pot mix sugar, vinegar and gelatin. Add the blended peppers. Bring to a boil, stirring continuously. Lower heat and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring all the time. Cool slightly and put in jars. Place in refrigerator to cool.
