Jalapeno cornbread

Ingredients/Components

• yellow cornmeal - 3 c
• cream-style corn - 1 c
• salt - 2 tsp
• chopped onion - 1 c
• grated cheese
• baking powder
• vegetable oil - 1 c
• eggs - 3 item
• milk
• chopped jalapeno peppers more or less to taste - 1/2 c

How to make jalapeno cornbread:

Combine all ingredients and pour into a 9 x 16-inch baking pan. Bake in 350° oven for about 1 hour.
