Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 20 c
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- bread crumbs - 1 c
- parsley - 2 Tbsp
- chicken bouillon cubes - 10 item
- dash of oregano - 1 item
- noodles
- skinless chicken breasts - 4 item
- ground sirloin - 1/2 lb
- celery stalks - 5 item
- peeled carrots - 5 item
- onion, peeled - 1 item
- head escarole, chopped - 1 item
- black pepper few dashes - 1 item
- Drop into boiling soup, 1 teaspoon at a time
How to make italian wedding soup:
While boiling, add: 2 eggs or Egg Beaters, beaten with a whip and combined with 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese. Drop into boiling soup, 1 teaspoon at a time. Add meatballs and simmer.Meatballs:1/2 lb. ground turkey1/2 lb. ground sirloin1 c. bread crumbs1/4 c. Parmesan cheese1 egg, beaten1 tsp. salt dash of pepper dash of oregano1/2 tsp. garlic powder2 Tbsp. parsley Mix ingredients; add 1/4 to 1/3 cup water to give mixture a slightly sticky consistency.
