  • bread crumbs - 1 c
  • parsley - 2 Tbsp
  • chicken bouillon cubes - 10 item
  • dash of oregano - 1 item
  • noodles
  • skinless chicken breasts - 4 item
  • ground sirloin - 1/2 lb
  • celery stalks - 5 item
  • peeled carrots - 5 item
  • onion, peeled - 1 item
  • head escarole, chopped - 1 item
  • black pepper few dashes - 1 item
  • Drop into boiling soup, 1 teaspoon at a time

How to make italian wedding soup:

While boiling, add: 2 eggs or Egg Beaters, beaten with a whip and combined with 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese. Drop into boiling soup, 1 teaspoon at a time. Add meatballs and simmer.Meatballs:1/2 lb. ground turkey1/2 lb. ground sirloin1 c. bread crumbs1/4 c. Parmesan cheese1 egg, beaten1 tsp. salt dash of pepper dash of oregano1/2 tsp. garlic powder2 Tbsp. parsley Mix ingredients; add 1/4 to 1/3 cup water to give mixture a slightly sticky consistency. Roll to the size of marbles and drop into soup.
