Italian style cauliflower



  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • clove garlic, minced - 1 item
  • olive oil - 3 Tbsp
  • medium head cauliflower - 1 item
  • balsamic vinegar or red wine vinegar - 2 Tbsp

How to make italian style cauliflower:

Remove large outer leaves of cauliflower; break cauliflower into flowerets. Arrange in a steaming rack. Place over boiling water. Cover and steam 5 to 8 minutes to desired tenderness. Transfer to a serving bowl, keep warm.

Combine olive oil and remaining ingredients in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat until mixture is thoroughly heated. Pour the hot mixture over cauliflower; toss gently and serve warm.
