Ingredients/Components
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- olive oil - 3 Tbsp
- Italian bread crumbs - 1 item
- frozen, chopped spinach - 2 pkg
- garlic toes, chopped - 2 item
How to make italian spinach:
Boil spinach and drain. Saute garlic in butter and olive oil. Add spinach, Italian bread crumbs (to thicken), Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. You can top with boiled, sliced eggs.Recipe categories: Side dish, Spinach, Greens.
